Securedivision is committed to providing quality garden furniture repair and restoration services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding service cancellations, refunds, and satisfaction guarantees.

Service Satisfaction

We take pride in our restoration work and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the completed restoration work, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations are handled as follows:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before we begin restoration work, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any assessment fees if applicable.
  • After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation point. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Completed Work: Once restoration work is completed and approved, cancellations are not applicable. However, warranty claims may apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

Warranty Claims

Our restoration services come with warranties as specified in your service agreement. If you experience issues covered under warranty:

  • Contact us immediately to report the issue
  • Provide photos and description of the problem
  • We will assess the issue and determine if it's covered under warranty
  • Warranty repairs will be completed at no additional cost

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Assessment and consultation fees (if separate from service)
  • Work already completed and approved
  • Custom materials ordered specifically for your project
  • Services rendered more than 30 days prior

If you have concerns about our services or charges, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to fair resolution of any disputes and will work with you to address your concerns.
